Who are we looking for?

 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for our product lines. This role is integral in expanding routes to market, increasing sales opportunities, and enhancing brand value. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of perseverance, persuasiveness, and exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for managing expectations and fostering successful relationships.

What will you be doing?

 

Deploy New Products: Lead the successful introduction and deployment of new products into our chosen markets, ensuring a smooth transition from development to market presence.

Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate product marketing activities and updates both internally within the organization and externally to stakeholders and customers.

Independent and Driven: Work autonomously with a strong drive to meet and exceed defined business goals. Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.

Effective Communication: Engage with customers and peers using strong communication skills to convey product value, address inquiries, and foster positive relationships.

Sales and Presentation Skills: Utilize effective 'Value in Use' sales techniques and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the benefits and advantages of our products to various audiences.

Who are You?

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of electroplating and/or surface finishing technologies.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of field technical experience in a relevant industry.

Product Management: Demonstrated experience in coordinating product launches and managing product marketing activities, including strategy development and execution.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Wastewater Treatment & Recycling Technologies: In-depth knowledge and understanding of wastewater treatment and recycling technologies, including current trends and best practices.
  • Value in Use Marketing: Proficient in 'value in use' based marketing strategies that emphasize the practical benefits and applications of products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze data.

  • Marketing Management: Proven experience in effectively managing marketing functions and campaigns, demonstrating strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Home Office Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently from a home office environment, demonstrating self-discipline and productivity.
  • Regional Residence: Residence within the assigned region to ensure effective management and understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required to execute the product marketing role, including occasional travel outside regular office hours.
  • Language and Reporting Skills: Proficient in business report writing, presentation creation, and project delivery, with strong language skills.
  • Driver’s License & Passport: Valid driver’s license for travel within the assigned region. Passport to travel internationally.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member, capable of working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
