Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Reclaim Manager with a strong background in business development, account management, and industrial/metal recycling markets. The ideal candidate is skilled at developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new reclaim opportunities, and driving profitable growth across a multi-state territory.

This individual will have experience managing key accounts, negotiating pricing, coordinating logistics, and working closely with manufacturers, assembly operations, metal brokers, and recycling partners. They are comfortable analyzing market opportunities, developing territory growth strategies, and achieving both volume and margin targets.

 

What will you be doing?

As a Regional Reclaim Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of reclaim material purchasing within your assigned territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with assembly accounts, metal brokers, and channel partners while identifying new opportunities to increase volume, market share, and margin contribution.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory business plans focused on increasing reclaim volume and profitability.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new reclaim material sourcing opportunities from manufacturers, assembly operations, and metal brokers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts to ensure long-term business success.
  • Implement pricing strategies and communicate market conditions to customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with customers on logistics, transportation, manifest requirements, and material handling best practices.
  • Monitor territory performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and market intelligence data within the CRM system.
  • Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and market share analyses to support business planning.
  • Partner with Reclaim Operations and Settlement teams to ensure efficient material flow and accurate account settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand relationships and generate new business.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, assembly operations, metal brokers, and channel partners.

You combine strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively manage customer accounts, negotiate pricing, and implement growth strategies across a multi-state territory. You are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, procurement, manufacturing, recycling, or a related industry.
  • Proven success growing customer relationships, territory volume, revenue, or market share.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic account plans, and manage forecasts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
  • Must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major airport in the territory.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization

  • The typical base salary range for this position based on experience and skill sets is between $95,000 to $125,000 annually.
