Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer who can step in to provide QA (Quality Assurance) activities for the externally facing websites which contain development modules using Drupal technology. Duties include testing and documentation on the Drupal technology platform to ensure website related solutions and enhancements are functioning as expected, ensuring the website is compliant and secure, and helping to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QA experience working with Drupal developers, has led QA initiatives, and managed the quality of global websites (including China based translated satellite sites); be well versed in QA and understand the QA landscape and how to leverage the right tools for the right job.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee quality assurance for all work completed by the Drupal developer and other teams on the platform. 
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated QA scripts to ensure consistent testing. 
• Conduct regression testing to ensure previous functionality remains intact after updates or changes. 
• Perform performance and scalability testing to ensure the platform meets performance standards. 
• Document testing processes, scripts, and results to maintain transparency and knowledge continuity. 
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to establish and improve testing best practices and processes. 
• Integrate QA scripts with the CI/CD pipeline for automated testing in the development workflow. 
• anual testing when necessary, identifying and reporting bugs and issues. 
• Create and manage test plans, scenarios, and cases for both manual and automated testing. 
• Ensure all website QA is done according to ESI standards and following best practices.

Who are You?

• Bachelors' Degree in a related field
• 8 years of related experience or training in QA
• 5 years of experience working on projects related to QA on Drupal technology stack
• Ability to work until 10 AM Eastern time on all workdays.  Ability to work later for go- live and support purposes - Expected average of two workdays per month but can vary.  
• This is India Remote job – Based out of Bangalore office
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Highly self-motivated, accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with high attention to detail 
• Team player - ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and manage up, down and across the organization  
• Be a proven growth focused, hands-on collaborative player/coach 
• Experience testing on Drupal, Acquia, Pardot, Salesforce connectivity, OneTrust and GTM/GTA are a must 
• Testing of GDPR and ADA compliance experienced with proven examples 
• Punctual and able to perform time-specific and time-sensitive business critical tasks
