Who are we looking for?

Responsible for Sales, New Business Development, Technical Service and Support for major IS accounts across Coimbatore

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for,New Business Development, Key account management .
  • Responsible for developing and establishing 
  • MEIS products and sales in Coimbatore.
  • Responsible to meet sales and margin targets for IS product segment across Coimbatore.
  • Conducting training sessions for customer’s employee for technology application.
  • Analyze the competition and product information to fine-tune strategies whilst identifying prospective clients, & generating business. 
  • Implementing MEIS product portfolio along with Technical Service Engineers and local sales team.
  • Develop and grow new customers for MEIS in Coimbatore, building and maintaining relationships in key target accounts.
  • Identifying market requirement for current and future products by conducting market research and voice of customer, supported by on-going visits to customers.    
  • Planning & scheduling of the projects, developing a competitive business.
  • Providing Voice of Customer input to management to support new product development in line with customer expectations, manufacturing capability, & strategic need

Who are You?

  1. Minimum 15+ years of Experience in the field of Surface Finishing or similar field.
  2. Academic: Graduation, Post Graduation, Chemistry as one of the subject/ Chemical Engineer.
  3. Strong and proven track record in plating knowledge and Technical Supporrt. 
  4. Excellent Communication Skills. 
  5. Strong people networking skills and established contacts within the plating industry.
  6. Integrity - Display professionalism and integrity when carrying out his / her responsibilities. Does the right thing when nobody’s looking. Honest in all internal and external customer relations. Exhibits ethical and moral behavior in everyday business conduct. Is as straightforward as possible in all situations.  Treating others with respect. 
  7. Relationships – Builds and sustains professional working relationships. Makes the effort to know a variety of people in the organization. Establishes effective working partnerships with all internal and external parties.

What competencies will you need?

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
