Who are we looking for?

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base. This role oversees day‑to‑day sales operations, builds strong client relationships, and ensures that sales targets are consistently achieved. The Sales Manager plays a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and supporting long‑term business success.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for,New Business Development, Key account management .
  • Responsible for developing and establishing MEIS products and sales in Chennai region.
  • Develop and grow new customers for MEIS in Chennai, building and maintaining relationships in key target accounts.
  • Identifying market requirement for current and future products by conducting market research and voice of customer, supported 

Who are You?

Minimum 15+ years of Experience in the field of Surface Finishing or similar field.

Academic: Graduation, Post Graduation, Chemistry as one of the subject/ Chemical Engineer.

Strong and proven track record in plating knowledge and Technical Supporrt.

Excellent Communication Skills.

What competencies will you need?

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read/write, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
