Who are we looking for?
MAES is looking for a Research and Development (R&D) Intern who will support the Atrox Product Line by developing new formulations of die attach semiconductor packaging material as per business requirements. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally. This internship will be a full-time temporary assignment (May - August) at our Piscataway, NJ site. This position will be Monday - Friday, day shift.
What will you be doing?
- Learning about the semiconductor assembly solutions product lines and participate in the development of cutting-edge adhesive technologies, processes, and products that meet evolving industry needs.
- Evaluating alternative raw materials in new developmental formulations as per customer needs.
- Preparing and delivering clear, impactful presentations and reports that distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Influencing both internal teams and external stakeholders with compelling communication.
- Collaborating closely within the Atrox product development team, providing technical leadership and problem-solving expertise to support adhesive-related projects.
- Ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and product roadmaps.
Who are You?
