SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)

Job Purpose

As an Intern with McDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions you will support the Chemistry Department with general R&D operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally.

Specific Intern Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct stability study at various cond
• Develop DSC/TGA procedures for paste characterization.
• Filtration test/Secondary particles tests for aglomerats assessment.

Intern Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Chemistry.
• Experience with wet chemistry, chemical synthesis, colloids, metal nanoparticles, thermal analysis of chemicals (DSC and TGA testing), rheology, and data analysis etc.
