We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities across our specialty chemical portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep market insight with strong commercial instincts and thrives in a global, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, forging strategic partnerships, and driving innovation through customer-centric solutions.
What will you be doing?
As Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify growth opportunities: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover new business prospects. -
Develop strategic partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. -
Lead commercial initiatives: Drive new product introductions, market entry strategies, and pricing models in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D. -
Support innovation: Work closely with technical teams to translate customer challenges into product development opportunities. -
Negotiate and close deals: Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards. -
Monitor performance: Track KPIs, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction to ensure sustainable growth. -
Represent the company externally: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.

Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in identifying and executing growth opportunities, ideally in chemicals, materials, or industrial sectors. -
Market Intelligence: Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning. -
Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pricing strategy, value proposition development, and deal structuring. -
Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp product functionality and translate technical features into customer benefits. -
Negotiation & Influence: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals. -
Project Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. -
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities. -
