Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- Customer Analytical Support: Provide analytical testing, interpretation, and recommendations to support customer applications, product adoption, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Investigations: Conduct root cause analysis and method development to address customer issues and identify improvements.
- Data Interpretation & Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings to internal teams and customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and deliver analytical insights that support commercial discussions.
- Product and Application Expertise: Maintain subject matter expertise on product performance, specifications, and analytical methods relevant to customer processes.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and presentations to explain analytical outcomes and performance data.
- Innovation Support: Provide analytical input to support new product development, product enhancements, and qualification activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to analytical procedures, tools, and workflows to enhance accuracy, turnaround time, and service quality.

- Laboratory Skills: Hands‑on experience operating analytical instrumentation, interpreting complex data, and validating methods.
- Problem‑Solving Ability: Proven capability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for customer presentations and technical reporting.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of how analytical insights support product value, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes.
- Digital & Data Skills: Proficiency with analytical software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
