Who are we looking for?

Responsible for Technical Service Service. Gaining fresh business Opportunities by Product promotion, Presentation and by conducting Seminars.

What will you be doing?

• Primary responsibility of overall Technical Service in India. Secondary responsibility of increasing sales across the region.
• Provide technical service to customers.
• Handling of customer’s requests, complaints and feedback.
• Trouble-shooting on products and process related problems.
• Feedback on Market Intelligence.
• Preparation of Sample on site for analysis.
• On-site support evaluation of products.
• Periodic Audit on Customer Process.
• Routine customer visits and handling customers feedback and complaints.
• Coordination with Sales department to meet Customer requirement.
• Proficient at maintaining cordial relation with Customer to achieve Customer satisfaction & business relation.
• Preparation and implementation Customer Audit plan.
