Who are we looking for?
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent service by assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across all interactions. This role supports daily customer service operations, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently and professionally.
What will you be doing?
- Handling customer inquiries, order processing/invoicing as well as scheduling deliveries <Qr code/Labels>
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare sales reports for commercial team to review.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Be the central coordinator between commercial, operations and for sales order management, order fulfilment, and inventory management.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays with operations team.
- Support administrative activities, including preparing labels (from ERP system) and Certificate of Analysis.
- Handle order amendments, cancellations, returns, and exchange requests.
- Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delays or issues.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high service standards.
Who are You?
- Bachelor's in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination and/or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP & in house) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
