Who are we looking for?

Compliance Consultant. This role ensures the company follows all national and international regulations for the establishment of the factory and DG warehouse,  safe handling, storage, and transport of hazardous chemicals. Provides guidance implementing compliance procedures, and ensuring the company avoids penalties for non-compliance.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee compliance with all relevant local and global laws, which may include hazardous substance regulations, environmental laws.
• Provide guidance, advice and/or training and educational programs, to embed business understanding of risk management on warehouse and factory operations; related Hazardous Chemical laws, regulatory, contractual and policy requirements to staff and key stakeholders.
• Perform monthly Risk assessments on operational procedures, identify gaps to achieve compliance to local regulations.
• Perform internal monthly EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) audits (Factory/warehouse/laboratory) on ensure adherence to EHS requirements in Thailand.
• Develop and deliver training programs for employees involved in the handling of DG items, and act as the point of contact for DG compliance matters as and when required.
• Advise and guide on the development of SOPs for the facility to ensure compliance to legal and regulatory requirements under the ISO 9001:2105, ISO14001: 2015, and ISO45001:2018 standards.

Who are You?

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline
• Prior experience working as a compliance manager or in a similar position
• Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations
• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 implementation experience

• Ethical Judgment: Strong integrity and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
