Who are we looking for?
GTT&MFD, Process Improvement
What will you be doing?
- Make sure lab and experiment activities comply ESH polies and government regulations. Responsible for OTC lab’s safety and environment issues.
- Evaluate process safety and environment issues and try to eliminate or reduce the safety and environment risk with engineer method.
- GTT&MFD, beaker test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec.
- Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.
- Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.
- Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and improve process capability.
- Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly.
- Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- At least 2 years experiences in Process Engineer in Chemical or Manufacturing industry in China.
- Good knowledge of PCB industry and manufacturing process.

What competencies will you need?
- Excellent English writing and reading ability.
- Team player and ability to interact closely with other departments.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
