Maintenance Engineer

Who are we looking for?

Comply with the procedures for equipment maintenance and servicing, and carry out work in accordance with these procedures. Conduct regular inspections and repairs of equipment and systems to ensure the normal operation of production equipment and systems, and ensure the normal operation of other power, communication, instrumentation, machinery, water and electricity, and fire protection equipment and systems within the factory. Perform related processing and maintenance work within the factory.

What will you be doing?

• Assist manager to complete TPM jobs;
• In charge the daily maintenance about the plant Equipment;
• Response the repair WO from departments and completed the repair jobs in time;
• Edit the WI and SOP if necessary for new sets of equipment;
• Mentoring and training technician to improve the skill and safety;
• Audit the supplier working in plant to keep the safety and quality;
• Completed the things arranged.
• TPM need to be done in time and report the risk and completed the improvement;
• Make sure the Productions working in smoothly in first;
• Do the capacity or safety improvement project ;
• The supplier management and training to meet ours request;
• The technician skill and knowleage improvement;
• The capex or other project working in plant need to be supervised.

Who are You?

• A bachelor’s degree required in a STEM field, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience, 5 years preferred, of relevant manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.

What competencies will you need?

Ensure that the production equipment and systems within the factory operate normally. Regularly carry out maintenance and repairs on the equipment and systems in accordance with relevant procedures. Repair faulty equipment and systems as soon as possible, with the aim of minimizing the impact on production and office operations.
No major liability accidents throughout the year. 
General faults: repaired within 2 hours
Major faults: repaired within 8 hours
Special faults: repaired within 3 working days
