Who are we looking for?
Be responsible for following up the sales order and coordinate the issues with the sales team.
What will you be doing?
- When receiving the customers’ order by mail or fax, input the information to JDE & SAP system correctly (including the unit, amount and name), check the stock and confirm the date for delivery.
- Arrange the shipment according to process, manage and file the orders and confirmations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and planning to ensure the delivery date and amount is on schedule.
- Follow up the samples, return goods, price and approval of Credit Note according to process.
- Update the price after revised to JDE & SAP system in time and provide the approved quotation to customers.
- Follow up and reply the customers’ investigation and complain, contact with the related departments to complete the investigation and assist the sales to arrange the returning goods.
- Check the orders haven’t arrange the shipment periodically by self, assist to follow up the stock in avoid to delay the orders.
- Follow up the creation and updating of the information for new customers (limited to cashier customers) in JDE & SAP system, supplement and update the customers contact information timely.
Who are You?
- More than 10 years relevant experience in warehouse and logistic.
- High school or college degree, possess operating license of forklift.
- Knowledge of using computer software and perform input and output data analysis.
What competencies will you need?
Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Be familiar with the MS Office, JDE, SAP.
Strong ability of analysis and commercial sense.
Good relationship and service consciousness.
