Who are we looking for?
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are recruiting an HR Assistant to join an international environment and provide direct operational support to the Senior HRBP France.
You will work across a structured scope of four legal entities in France, handling a variety of responsibilities at the core of HR operations.

What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities:
🔹 HR Administration & Daily HR Operations
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (DPAE, contracts, amendments, medical visits, health insurance, etc.)
• Handle day-to-day HR administration (letters, certificates, employee records)
🔹 Time Management & HRIS (Lucca) – Key Responsibility
• Manage working time, leave, and absences
• Ensure HR data is accurately maintained in HR systems (Lucca, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Set up new employees in the systems
🔹 Payroll & External Stakeholder Coordination
• Collect, input, and submit payroll variable elements
• Act as the main point of contact with the payroll provider (ADP)
• Manage relationships with external organizations (social security, health insurance, occupational health services, etc.)
Who are You?
- You hold a degree in Human Resources (Bachelor’s level, 2–3 years minimum) or equivalent
- You have initial experience in HR (including internships or apprenticeships)
- You are comfortable with digital tools (Excel, HRIS, etc.)
What competencies will you need?
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and organization (data reliability is essential)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable using HRIS and time & attendance management tools (prior experience with Lucca is a strong plus)
• Discretion, reliability, and a strong sense of confidentiality
