Who are we looking for?
The Sales Engineer combines technical expertise with strong communication and sales skills to support customers throughout the sales cycle. This role identifies customer needs, presents technical solutions, prepares proposals, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful implementation. The Sales Engineer plays a key role in driving revenue growth by translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.
What will you be doing?
A sales position responsible for developing new business and expanding sales of ACC products in Industrial Solutions.
This role involves acquiring new customers and expanding business with clients who use zinc plating and related products.
It also includes collecting analysis samples and handling certain troubleshooting tasks.
Perform the tasks of Essential Duties and Responsibilities or equivalent experience as below
・A sales professional who can acquire new customers and expand product sales
・Knowledge and experience in the rust‑preventive plating processes described below
・Zn plating, ZnNi alloy plating.
・Trivalent Cr passivate
・Topcoat
・And also other processes experience.
IS事業部のACC製品の新規開拓および拡販を行う営業職。
亜鉛めっきおよびそれに付随する製品を使用している顧客への新規開拓および拡販、一部分析液採取およびトラブル対応も行う。
以下の必須業務および責任、またはそれと同等の経験を遂行すること。
- 新規開拓および製品拡販のための営業職
- 下記の防錆めっきの知識および経験
- 亜鉛めっき、亜鉛ニッケル合金めっき
- クロメート
- トップコート
その他、表面処理のプロセス経験も含む
Who are You?
- Candidates who have sales experience at least 5 years.
- Candidates who have experience and knowledge in chemical process.
- Candidates who have experience Technical service at customer side.
- Candidates who have Car driver License.
- Candidates who is living in Aichi area is preferred.
- 5年以上の営業経験がある方
- 化学プロセスに関する知識と経験がある方
- 顧客先での技術サービスの経験がある方
- 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方
- 愛知県内にお住まいの方歓迎
What competencies will you need?
- Native Japanese, beginner‑level English skills (e.g., basic email communication) preferred.
- A proactive and responsible sales professional with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations
- Basic PC skills (e.g. MS office applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, efficient online research)
- Ability to identify compliance risks and escalate when necessary
- Demonstrate both creative and logical thinking skills

- 営業職として積極性と責任感を持ち、円滑なコミュニケーション能力と状況対応力がある方
