Who are we looking for?

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
  • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues.
  • Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.

Who are You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
