Who are we looking for?
The Customer Service Process & Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service operations. They will be responsible for optimising and streamlining our sales processes to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
This position involves analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows. In addition, the role involves managing sales data, analysing performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to support the achievement of sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service practices, process improvement methodologies, and automation technologies. They will have a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
What will you be doing?
The process & Automation specialit's key responsibilities are:
- Process analysis and improvement;
- Sales process optimisation;
- Automation implementation;
- Data analysis, management and reporting;
- Tool and system management;
- Training and support (on new processes and automation tools);
- Cross-functional collaboration;
- Continuous improvement.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in process improvement, automation, sales operations, sales support, or a similar role within a customer service environment
- Self-starter / Initiative-taker
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects & priorities simultaneously
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
- Knowledge of sales process improvement methodologies is a plus
- Language Fluency: English. Other languages an advantage
