Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for a Reclaim Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Monterrey, Mexico facility. In this role, you will be working for MAES, a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI). 

What will you be doing?

The Reclaim Operations Coordinator (ROC) coordinates with internal departments and external 3rd parties on the efficient scheduling, shipping, receiving and processing of reclaim materials to and from MAES facilities. The ROC also, where appropriate, works in cooperation with local Supply Chain personnel to perform the physical handling, operation of a forklift, and overall management of these materials within the MAES facility. All activities to be conducted safely and in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures, as well as other rules and regulations.

Who are You?

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience1-3 years in a material handling role, preferably warehousing and inventory management. Document preparation a plus.
  • This position requires that the person must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, and potentially governmental regulations in local language. The incumbent must also be able to write reports and business correspondence. Conversational English is preferred.
  • To successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job, the incumbent of this position must have the ability to calculate figures on shipping documents, inventory reports, and other documents related to this position.   

 

What competencies will you need?

  • Ability to commute to MAES facility  5 days/week.
  • Ability to lift 20 kgs and operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to operate a forklift. Forklift certified preferred. 
  • Address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to interact professionally with others. English is a plus but not required. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office are a plus
