Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material requirements, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role is essential in optimizing manufacturing operations, balancing supply and demand, and supporting on-time delivery to customers.

What will you be doing?

Analyzes, maintains and executes Material Requirements Plan (MRP).
Continuously monitors and verifies material stock to ensure it meets MRP requirements.
Ensures availability of materials to meet customer needs with on-time deliveries.
Plans and coordinates material shipments, from receipt to shipment to off-site locations.
Tracks daily ERP Lead Time Suspense status to ensure all customer orders.
Tracks daily sales order changes submitted through Sales Flashes and ensures that all necessary changes are reflected in the production schedule.
Tracks daily "open sales order" report to ensure compliance with pick plan and shipping schedule.
Coordinates direct shipment from Macdermid de Mexico or other suppliers to customers.
Responsible for executing virtual supplier transfers on a monthly basis, avoiding discrepancies in quantity shared or fines from customs authorities.
Follows up on materials in transit from distribution centers to customers in urgent or line down cases

Who are You?

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or related field
2+ years Working Experience in MRP.
Experienced in SAP system, Office Software, is preferable.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Preferably in the chemical, steel or related industries.
