Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our team in our Monterrey, Mexico facility. In this role, you will be working for MAES, a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI).
What will you be doing?
Establish and maintain harmonious relations with collaborators, seeking to enhance the company's human talent to achieve local and global objectives through communication, staff participation and the design and implementation of programs in the fields of Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Training, Labor Relations and Personnel Services, developing a climate of satisfactory relations that facilitates continuous improvement, compliance with policies and the achievement of the general objectives of the company's Integral Management System.
Who are You?
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience as HR generalist
- Intermediate level of English
What competencies will you need?
- Management of unionized personnel and relationship with the union.
- Use of a proprietary Human Resources PR preferably Success Factor.
- Payroll and pre-payroll processes.
