Who are we looking for?
As a Compliance Manager you will work on to ensure the organization's regulatory compliance in legal, ethical, environmental, health and safety matters, through the implementation and supervision of management systems, internal policies and controls that mitigate regulatory, operational and reputational risks, fostering a culture of integrity, sustainability and prevention throughout the company.
What will you be doing?
- Implement and maintain EHS management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
- Ensure compliance with NOMs, environmental, safety, and labor laws.
- Lead internal and external audits (STPS, SEMARNAT, SAT, AEO).
- Manage risk prevention, waste management, occupational health, and emergency response programs.
- Ensure compliance with customs, tariff, and documentation requirements for imports and exports.
- Administer IMMEX, PROSEC, and AEO programs, as well as platforms such as VUCEM and Annex 24.
- Monitor regulatory changes and train personnel on compliance and safety.
- Coordinate key performance indicators (accidents, waste, legal and tax compliance).
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS or International Trade.
- Knowledge of customs, environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene laws.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Experience with audits, regulatory procedures, and official platforms.
