Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
As an HR Generalist, you will partner with managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, providing high-quality HR support and guidance. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries
- Supporting employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance processes
- Managing end‑to‑end HR processes such as onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global governance standards
- Supporting annual "HR lifecycle" activities such as performance management, talent reviews, engagement surveys, and succession planning
- Collaborating with Centers of Excellence (e.g. Talent, Reward, Learning) to implement global initiatives locally
- Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting reporting requirements using HR systems (e.g. HRIS)
- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes in a regulated, safety‑focused environment
- Acting autonomously as a leader for the local PR manufacturing facility

You have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in human resources, with a strong preference for supporting manufacturing facilities
- Strong history of advancement and demonstrated capability in matrixed organizations
- Ability to partner with local leadership and serve as the trusted advisor for the local PR facility leadership
- Internal drive and curiousity to ask critical questions, take ownership, and demonstrate a strong level of autonomy in their role
What competencies will you need?
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- HR Expertise: Solid generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle, ideally within a complex or regulated industry
- Employee Relations Capability: Confidence handling employee relations cases with discretion and consistency
- Business Partnership: Ability to understand business drivers and align HR support accordingly
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident written and verbal communication with employees at all levels
- Judgement & Integrity: Strong decision-making grounded in policy, legislation, and ethical practice
- Collaboration: Experience working with global HR teams and cross‑functional stakeholders
- System & Data Fluency: Comfort using HR systems and data to support operational and reporting requirements

As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as company paid holidays The typical base salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $100,000. Our pay range is based on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's skill set, experience, education, and geographic location. #LI-IF1
