In Poland, Element Solutions Inc is represented by MacDermid Enthone Sp. z o. o., based in Łódź.

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Poland of MacDermid Enthone Sp. z o. o., based in Łódź.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serving customers in the Northern Poland region in terms of sales and technical;
  • Achieving set sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Acquiring new customers in the assigned region;
  • Preparing and performing presentations of technologies offered to the customer in accordance with sales techniques adopted by the employer;
  • Developing technology flows, calculations and guidelines for offers to customers;
  • Working closely with the internal sales department, technicians, laboratory staff to ensure customer service in accordance with the company's quality policy;
  • Researching market potential and market demands;
  • Preparation of plans and reports; 
  • Obeying of the regulations of the quality system and internal company procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University degree, chemistry preferred, chemical technology;
  • Technical knowledge of electroplating required;
  • Experience in chemical sales;
  • Experience in commercial negotiations
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory at least 60% of the working time;
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum intermediate level to be able to work freely with co-workers in other countries;
  • Driving license cat. B;
  • High personal culture;
  • Ability to build positive relations in cooperation with clients;
  • Willingness to expand knowledge;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Independence in action and problem solving;
  • Self-discipline and ability to organize own work.
