Job Purpose

The person who will join onboard will be responsible for the performance and development of the market in Poland and also for achieving and exceeding the area sales targets and KPIs for the area.

The selected candidate will mainly work in the South East of Poland. For this reason, we will consider in priority candidates living around Kielce, Tarnow, Radom, Rzeszow, Lublin or Lodz.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing existing accounts by building relationships and site visits, including visits to wholesalers and OEMs.
  • Responsible for the development of your area through bringing on board new customers through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Dedicated account management, from initial sales contact through to despatch.
  • Liasion with Customer Sevices.
  • Maintain discipline, focus and drive within the sales team and MacDermid.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager in a timely manner on the performance of your area.
  • To complete call plans for the Sales Director.
  • To develop the sales area through arranging and completing on site customer visits at MacDermid.
  • To develop the sales area through arranging and completing on site visits at the customers / potential customers locations.
  • To assist the Sales Manager and to provide cover to the sales department when required.
  • To provide individual trainings for installers and service groups when needed
  • To provide technical and warranty support in the installation industry

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Polish
  • In possession of a driving license - the selected candidate will visit customers several days a week in the South East of Poland
  • Able to understand and speak English
  • Experience in Sales 
  • Knowledge of the HVAC market would be beneficial
