For our site in Jena we are looking for a with immediate effect: Operator Technology (f/m/d)

Job Purpose

The main objective is the efficient, on-time processing of orders

Job Responsibilities

• Performing various steps in the exposure process
• assembling and monitoring of CNC controlled equipment
• Independent elimination of malfunctions on the equipment ( with the help of external support as well)
• Close cooperation with the shift supervisor and production manager
• Permanent optimization of the equipment (quality, productivity, runtime optimization)
• process-accompanying quality control and documentation
• Collaboration in the implementation of improvement possibilities for quality, output and machine capacity utilization/runtimes
• Communication and exchange of information within the shift, shift supervisor, as well as between shifts
• Ensuring that sufficient materials are available in the appropriate area
• Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Completed education (ideally as a microtechnologist) and/or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the above mentioned activities in an industrial company
• Experience in handling CNC machines
• Very good technical understanding
• High affinity to processes in microelectronics
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility 
• Reliable and careful way of working
• Familiarity with PC applications (Office, database system)
• Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is desirable
