SEMICONDUCTOR SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes and photomask technologies to our customers for integrated circuit fabrication and semiconductor packaging

Who are we looking for?

  • Lead monthly SIOP Demand and Supply Review Meetings and present net effects of forecasts to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership.
  • Develop and manage the demand forecasting process, analyzing sales data, market trends, and historical performance to create accurate demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather insights and align on demand planning strategies.
  • Create a monthly Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to provide a broader assessment of capacity requirements and constraints over a mid-to-longer term horizon to ensure that the production plan outlined in the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is feasible and achievable given available resources and constraints.
  • Develops twelve month rolling supply and inventory plan that aligns to the capacity, demand, and financial plans for the business.
  • Monitor inventory levels and set optimal stock levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Develop a sequenced master production schedule (MPS) that outlines when and how much of each product should be manufactured to meet supply plan.
  • Utilize MRP planning systems to generate accurate material requirements plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
  • Collaborates across the organization on continuous improvement initiatives focused on implementing a world-class SIOP planning program.

What will you be doing?

  • Builds out and leads monthly SIOP Review processes such as capacity planning, commercial alignment, loading forecasts, and presenting net effects of forecasts to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership.
  • Leads cross-functional global supply chain issue resolution within the business.
  • Drives supply-chain improvement initiatives aimed at alleviating demand/supply imbalances, eliminating system waste, and improving overall 'order to cash' efficiency.
  • Develops twelve month rolling inventory and shipping projections monthly that align to the capacity, demand, and financial plans for the business.
  • Manages and maintain master data, item planning parameters, time fences, MOQ, and lead times, to support handling targeted service levels, inventory goals, and support the demand plan.
  • Manages and develops the supply planning staff including supervisors and individual contributors in procurement, raw materials planning, production planning, transportation planning, customer service, product data management and operational systems.
  • Collaborates across the organization on continuous improvement initiatives focused on implementing a world-class supply-planning program up and down the organizational chart

Who are You?

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a supply chain planning role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or other STEM discipline, and/or equivalent working experience. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems is required, with a preference for SAP and JDE. Power Bi experience is a plus.
