Who are we looking for?
As an Intern with McDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions you will support the Supplier Quality department with general Supplier Quality operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally.

Who are You?
- Create and maintain a list of required documents for each supplier.
- Reach out to suppliers, request documents, and follow up on submissions.
- Monitor and track document submission statuses, ensuring timely responses.
- Validate received documents for accuracy and completeness, request revisions if needed. Flag any discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist in identifying potential risks (quality related, operational, and geopolitical) for key suppliers and categorize suppliers by their level of risk.
- Help develop a supplier risk management tool for key suppliers and establish a clear process to actively monitor and address risks with action plans.
What competencies will you need?
- Relevant certifications in project management, supply chain, or document control can be beneficial.
- Experience working with document management systems or databases is a plus.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze, validate, and manage documents efficiently.
- Comfortable with Excel or similar tracking tools.
