Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
This role requires strong collaboration across teams to support audits, manage quality documentation, and implement corrective and preventive actions that improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?

Lead the development and maintenance of a risk-based Quality Management System aligned with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and semiconductor manufacturing best practices.

Facilitate risk assessments including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and other APQP documentation.

Establish and maintain risk registers and monitoring systems to track quality and operational risks.

Develop mitigation strategies to reduce product defects, process variability, and supply chain risks.

Manage and improve QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.

Ensure the QMS supports traceability, process control, and defect prevention across operations.

Monitor system performance using KPIs and quality metrics.

Lead internal and external audits, including customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.

Support supplier risk assessments and address customer quality concerns by leading corrective actions and risk mitigation plans.

You are an experienced quality professional with a strong technical background in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at identifying and mitigating risks to ensure product quality and operational excellence. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can lead cross-functional teams to implement improvements and maintain compliance with industry standards.
What competencies will you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field

7+ years of experience in quality management within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing

Expertise in risk management tools such as FMEA, control plans, and statistical process control (SPC)

Experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in regulated or high-precision environments

Proven ability to lead audits (internal and external) and CAPA programs

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
