Who are we looking for?

The Quality Technician needs to apply knowledge of quality standards and procedures: review instructions, specification, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspection and tests, sequence of operations and work assignments.  The main objective is to ensure product compliance and sustain high quality of product and delivery. The candidate should have the ability and knowledge to learn how to effectively utilize and apply the Quality Department’s best-known methods. The candidate will be held accountable to quality standards and processes and enhance positive communication with external and internal customers as well as co-workers.

What will you be doing?

  • Perform routine inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document and report inspection results and any deviations from quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who are You?

  • Associate's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQT) is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and detail oriented.
  • a self starter.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with a business fluency in English.
  • team oriented in a multi department environment.
