Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and quality‑focused QA/QC Technician to support our manufacturing and laboratory operations by ensuring products meet defined quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on laboratory or production quality experience who wants to contribute directly to product integrity in a highly regulated, global chemical environment.

You will play a key role in verifying raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished goods, helping ensure consistent product performance and compliance.

What will you be doing?

Quality Control Testing & Inspection

  • Perform routine and non‑routine quality control testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in line with approved methods.
  • Carry out sampling, preparation, and analysis using laboratory and/or production‑line testing equipment.
  • Record, review, and verify test results to ensure they meet specification requirements.

Documentation & Data Integrity

  • Accurately document test data, observations, and deviations in laboratory notebooks, batch records, and electronic quality systems.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and data integrity expectations.

Non‑Conformance & Investigation Support

  • Identify, report, and support investigations into non‑conforming materials or products.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions under guidance from QA or Quality Engineers.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Work in strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
  • Handle chemicals, samples, and testing equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing documentation and providing technical input when needed.

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Contribute to method improvements, standardization, and efficiency initiatives within QA/QC operations.
  • Support calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory and testing equipment.

What competencies will you need?

Technical & Scientific Competencies

  • Qualification or experience in chemistry, laboratory sciences, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in QA/QC testing within chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments (desirable).
  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments, analytical techniques, and sampling procedures.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, or similar regulated frameworks.

Quality & Compliance Competencies

  • Strong understanding of written procedures, specifications, and test methods.
  • Ability to identify deviations and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Commitment to data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
