Job Purpose

As an Intern with McDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions you will support the PURCHASING DEPARTMENT with general Purchasing Specialist operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally.

Who are You?

Specific Intern Duties & Responsibilities

Review and update all supplier information are all aligned within critical systems, JDE, Atlas &

C-Pro.

Confirm all suppliers for the Itasca site have required Supplier documents are received and on file and request those that are missing.

Review usage data for RM’s & Packaging with Buyer to align target inventories in JDE preparing for SIOP activities.

Work with Buyer and Purchasing Specialists in other sites, to identify non-value add processes currently in place.

Job Type: Temp (May - August) – Full Time

Work Life Balance (Day Shift – Monday to Friday) 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay range for this role is $20-$22 an hour.
