Who are we looking for?

 

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to support the day-to-day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.

You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What will you be doing?

  • Operate production equipment according to work instructions and standard procedures.

  • Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and monitoring during production.

  • Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or process issues.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping (5S) requirements.

  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.

  • Support production targets and department goals.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

  • Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Cross-train on other production tasks as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What competencies will you need?

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

  • Basic computer or data entry skills preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.

  • Ability to work safely and follow all company policies.
