Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?

Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructionsLoad and unload materials, components, and finished products

Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasksInspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications

Complete production records and documentation accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles

Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities

Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices

Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus
