Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?

Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability

Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable agreements

Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and supply risks

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendor opportunities

Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, service, invoices, or order discrepancies

Conduct supplier performance reviews and support improvement initiatives

Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to understand material requirements

Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations while minimizing excess stock

Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier information

Prepare reports related to spending, savings, lead times, and procurement KPIs

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve procurement processes

Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or automation initiatives

Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on supply chain optimization
Who are You?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- You have 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- You are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- You are a strong communicator who can work effectively with suppliers and internal partners
- You are proactive, analytical, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes
What competencies will you need?
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management
- Ability to analyze data, monitor trends, and manage supply risks
- Proven problem‑solving skills to address supplier and delivery challenges
- Strong collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
- Ability to track performance metrics and identify cost‑reduction opportunities
- Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance standards, and best practices
