Who are we looking for?

 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations within a chemical or industrial environment, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What will you be doing?

 

  • Material Handling: Receive, store, and issue raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with company procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with transport regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all EHS guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE.
  • Documentation: Complete shipping and receiving paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

What competencies will you need?

 

  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (valid license preferred).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and teamwork.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and EHS standards.
