Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible Facilities Assistant with strong communication skills to support the facilities team in handling daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of factory facilities, and a safe environment.
What will you be doing?
- Administrative Support: Assist supervisors with daily administrative tasks, document filing, and form maintenance.
- Equipment Management: Support equipment inspections, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination for repairs.
- Environment & Safety: Assist with facility upkeep, safety inspections, and audit preparation.
- Procurement & Inventory: Help with ordering, receiving, and managing inventory of consumables and spare parts.
- Other Duties: Handle tasks assigned by supervisors and provide support for ad-hoc projects.
Who are You?
- High school diploma or above; background in electrical, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software.
- Proactive, responsible, and strong coordination skills.
- Experience in facilities, general affairs, or EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) preferred.
What competencies will you need?
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with ISO and EHS management systems.
