Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of goods across our supply chain. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation, managing inventory movements, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for operational efficiency.
What will you be doing?
2.Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) is preferred.
3.Experience in import/export customs clearance and international trade operations is preferred.
Who are You?
1. Education Requirements:
Associate degree or above. Majors in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Commerce, or other related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience:
Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in shipping operations, customs clearance, international logistics, or supply chain management are preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
What competencies will you need?
1. Language Requirements:
Basic English communication skills, including business correspondence, are required.
2. Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data organization and reconciliation), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3. Professional Skills:
Familiarity with import/export and international trade operations, customs clearance procedures, letter of credit/documentary negotiation processes, HS Code (Harmonized System Code) classification, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customs authorities, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
