Who are we looking for?

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety while reducing costs. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to support continuous operational improvement. The position also requires cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure stable and reliable process performance.

What will you be doing?

*Process Design and Optimization

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and production processes.

Design and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

*Data Analysis and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare technical reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

*Continuous Improvement Initiatives

Lead or support Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement projects.

Identify root causes of process inefficiencies or quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

*Project Management

Participate in or lead process improvement and capital equipment projects from concept through implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.

*Quality and Compliance

Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

Work closely with the quality team to resolve process-related quality issues.

*Equipment and Technology Support

Support the selection, specification, and installation of new equipment or technology upgrades.

Provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and process start-up.

*Documentation and Standardization

Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Promote process standardization across shifts and departments to ensure consistency and repeatability.

*Training and Support

Provide training and technical guidance to operators on new processes or revised equipment.

Act as a liaison between engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.

Who are You?

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred; prior relevant experience is a plus.
