Who are we looking for?

  1. Sales order management and fulfillment
  2. Logistics management and coordinating with the parties internally and externally
  3. Optimize relationship with customers, sales team, supply chain and partners
  4. Administrative and other supports upon request

 

What will you be doing?

1.Manage, process and fulfill the daily orders

2.Update inventory and B/O status to customers via emails or vendor portals

3.Co-work with logistic partners to ensure shipment arrangement smoothly

4.Work closely with supply chain team to ensure material arrives on time

5.Billing and AR checking

6.Ensure all the doc. response to all the requests from customers

7.Perform administrative tasks assigned by Sales and supervisor

8.Support and back up other CSR when needed

What competencies will you need?

1) Good English 2) More than one year of business, international trade or business management experience is preferred 3) High stress resistance, proactive, and good communication skills 4) Familiar with import and export business, basic concepts of international trade, arrangement of shipment management and statistics, preparation of order/management reports, inventory management planning 5) Careful and responsible, with a keen sense of numbers 6) Have good logical analysis ability 7) Familiar with Excel operation 8) Ability to communicate and coordinate across departments, determine priorities and handle emergencies
