Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting uninterrupted production in a regulated industrial environment.
What will you be doing?
As a Warehouse Keeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including:
- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Safely storing materials in accordance with chemical safety, environmental, and company standards
- Issuing materials to production based on approved documentation and production schedules
- Performing inventory transactions in the warehouse management or ERP system
- Conducting regular cycle counts and supporting physical inventory audits
- Operating material handling equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack) in a safe and compliant manner
- Ensuring correct labeling, segregation, and traceability of chemical substances
- Maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting 5S / Lean initiatives
- Complying with all EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to a specialty chemical manufacturing site
- Supporting internal and external audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities
Who are You?
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is an advantage
- Certification or license to operate forklifts or material handling equipment is preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industrial environments
- Basic knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse documentation
- Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with chemical safety, hazardous material handling, or EHS requirements is preferred

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in inventory handling, labeling, and system transactions
- Operational Discipline: Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions consistently
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in an Industrial warehouse enviornment
