Who are we looking for?

Provide technical and chemical support to assigned customers.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Build and maintain a close relationship with customers.
  • Contact and provide technical support to customers on-site.
  • Follow chemistry amount on stock of each customer, in factories.
  • Follow chemistry using by day/ month/ year.
  • Follow production and productivity of each customer.
  • Confirm and resolve issues at customer line.

Who are You?

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
  • Strong ownership on assigned work tasks
  • Responsive to customer requests

What competencies will you need?

  • Good at multi-tasking.
  • Good communication skill with Team
  • Good communication skill by English (intermediate), being able in other languages is preferred.
  • Well communicate, situation handling skill.
  • Be dynamic and have responsibility.
