Job Purpose

Act as country HR business partner to recommend, implement and manage human resources related jobs and services for ESI in Japan. Make sure the compliance of Corp. guidelines and country labour law.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing

Assist department heads to evaluate manpower demand, coordinates and undertakes recruitment, staff movement and staff transfers.

Work closely with Talent acquisition team on recruitment process and on-boarding process followed through.


Training and Development

Work with department heads to identify training needs in order to increase employees’ skills and performance.

Conduct new policies/new HR projects communication to ensure the transparency and successful deployment. 


Compensation and Benefits

Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policy and legislation.

Assist Employee Welfare Committee members to plan, organize and execute staff functions

Administer monthly payroll, compensation and benefits of the country


Human Resources Administration

Maintain and  make sure data accuracy on HR system and other local applications.

Review and update Employee Working Regulations to comply with law requirements.

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or HR Related Field
