We are looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and problem-solving skills to support and enhance our global IT systems. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into technical solutions, optimize system performance, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

What will you be doing?

 
  • Analyze and optimize systems: Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Gather and translate requirements: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support system implementations: Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Provide second-line support for system-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate globally: Work with regional and global teams across IT, Operations, Finance, and other functions to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Document processes and solutions: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
  • Contribute to digital initiatives: Support projects involving automation, data integration, and analytics platforms.

What competencies will you need?

 
  • Systems Analysis & Design: Experience in analyzing business processes and designing IT solutions that meet operational needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), databases, and integration tools.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of manufacturing or chemical industry processes is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to write clear documentation and present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Literacy: Comfort working with data models, reporting tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding of IT governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in a global context.
