Who are we looking for?

As a Customer Support Application Analyst in the Data Operations Excellence team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business applications, specifically our R&D System, built on the Microsoft.Net platform. You will work closely with business partners and IT to support end-users in the use of our applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the performance of our applications.

What will you be doing?

  • Working in a timely manner, able to fulfil tickets in Service Now quickly and in order of priority, provide follow-up where needed, ensuring excellent customer service in accordance to agreed SLAs
  • Support, qualification, management, and resolution of incidents with remote control 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Escalation of problem tickets where needed
  • Maintain documentation related to assigned business applications
  • Monitoring/Management of license utilization of responsible applications
  • Occasional assistance (maintenance in operational condition, updates, optimization of applications) 
  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance the performance of our applications
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new releases and updates to our applications

Who are You?

  • Years of Related Experience (Min.): 3+ years technical support and applications Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Support: previous experience supporting global clients in a Microsoft environment
  • Language:  fluent English is essential
  • Strictly adhering to tight timelines, ability to prioritize
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present solutions and alternatives
  • Manage change effectively and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and hands-on

What competencies will you need?

  • SQL database knowledge 
  • Hand on Experience with Microsoft .net applications
  • Hands on Experience with the Process Studio BPM Platform
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments 
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio products
  • Service Now Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Sense of relationship (likes to be in direct contact with customers and create links) 
  • Self-Starter, Abie to work Independently
