Who are we looking for?
A Field Service Technician is in charge to deliver the desired enterprise customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
What will you be doing?
- Technical support at customers
- Technical support at start-up of MEIS processes at customers
- Performance monitoring of MEIS processes at customers
- Support at performance optimizing of MEIS processes
- Analyzing and solving problems with applied MEIS processes
- Customer’s support at achieving solutions optimal for their needs
- Customer’s support with equipment’s installation
- Customer’s support with implementation of MEIS process analytics
- Creating of technological sequences, calculation files etc.
- Creating of reports for internal and external (customer’s) use
- status of current technologies in use at customers
- recommendations for enhanced performance

- market potential monitoring
Who are You?
You need to have
1-2 years of experience in a similar field
Local language skills (Hungarian)
Communication level English language skills
Driver's license B
User-level computer skills
German language skill is an advantage
