RTR EMEA Finance Manager

Who are we looking for?
Now we have an opportunity for an RTR EMEA Finance Manager to join our team in Dunaharaszti (hybrid working). In this role, you will lead the RTR function of EMEA Financial Shared Service center to be faster through improvement in Key Performance Indicators, improve quality of reconciliations and help delivering the future EMEA organization.
What will you be doing?
As an RTR EMEA Finance Manager, you will lead a team of 2 Team Leads, and a total team of 20 accountants. You need to ensure:

- Full sets of Accounts are complete and accurate on a timely basis
- Month-end close delivered on time (2 BD)
- Blackline reconciliations of assigned COA are properly prepared in terms of control point, supporting document and timely.
- SOX requirements are properly conducted
- Monitor KPI and SLA and drive the continuous improvement project co-working with IT, Cluster Finance, Global BPO, Procurement and other stakeholders
- Lead the team to success
- Ensure communication with EMEA Controller is fluid
You need to coach and develop an effective team by developing “Continuous Improvement” mindset in the team, ensure that the team is customer focused, and work on retaining talent.
In your role, you will be part of the EMEA FSS Leadership team to deliver Day 2 Global Close objective, and work with the EMEA Controller to deliver the future RTR organization.
Who are You?
Ideally you will have a bachelor or university degree (Accounting related), and 10 years related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
