Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support our finance function by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial master data. This role is ideal for someone who understands the critical role data plays in financial reporting, compliance, and decision-making, and who can bridge the gap between finance and data governance.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:
- 
Create, update, and deactivate vendor records in ERP systems. 
- 
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-fraud measures). 
- 
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, IT and other cross-functional teams to align vendor data with business needs. 
- 
Provide support for vendor creation and changes. 
- 
Conduct regular audits and validations to identify and resolve data discrepancies. 
- 
Identify opportunities to streamline vendor data processes. 
- 
Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives. 
- 
Develop and maintain SOPs for vendor data management, and train internal stakeholders on data entry standards and best practices. 
Who are You?
You must be a qualified accountant or equivalent with more than 2 years of experience, and strong English, advanced Excel knowledge, and with experience with ERP systems.
