Who are we looking for?
The purpose of this position is to ensure the Cluster Regional Team is providing effective Finance partnership by taking ownership, ensuring compliance and manage risk, in addition to deliver financial commitment for entities under scope.
The position reports to the Cluster Finance Manager, as part of the Regional Cluster team. The position also supports other key members of the Finance organization and Functional leaders.
What will you be doing?
EMEA region consist of 12 business verticals with sales of $0.8B. We have 60 legal entities in 14 countries. The FP&A Manager will provide support to the Cluster Senior Finance Manager under one of the Regional Clusters (Northern, Southern, and Central East Region).
As FP&A Manager your main responsibilities will be
- Supporting the Cluster Finance Manager to ensure statutory, tax and SOX compliance
- Collaboration with FSS
- G&A Functions analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Risk management
Who are You?
The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance, and over 3 years experience in this field. You should have intermediate Excel skills.

In this position you need to travel on a monthly basis for a couple of days, but when you are not travelling, you can work hybrid.
